Cujo


Sharp fangs,
Glittering eyes watched it,
Watched you,
Watching you,
The saliva dripped from the maw,
Blood-red eyes looking dumb-founded,
Looking at you,
Looking at you like you were prey,
It lept into the air,
Soared through space,
Eyeing you still like prey,
The eyes linted,
Then, the massive dog landed on you,
Growled,
Snarled,
Snapped at you,
Glaring meanly,
Spitting madly,
The figure snapped your neck,
And bit your neck and sucked the blood,
The Vampire Dog, lured to the closet,
Not scared of what your parents would do,
Blood on his fangs, he bolted to the closet,
Leaving tracks of blood behind him,
Then jumped into the closet,
And after that,
The door flung open and light spilled over the room,
The only voice was, "Cujo."
